By accessing the Website Reclancer.com, you must agree to the following terms. We connect Recruiter and Freelancer to work together online. We are not a party to any contractual agreements between Recruiters and Freelancers. We simply facilitate between the parties.

You cannot use Reclancer.com if you are under the age of 16. All accounts are associated with individuals. Login information should not be shared with anyone. The user that created the account is responsible for all actions associated with that account.

Users must agree that a business name or company name is associated with their Account and real name, Users are solely responsible for all activity with their account. Reclancer.com has the right to refuse any account or cancel an account for any reason.

While using the Reclancer.com you cannot do the following.

Post inappropriate jobs or services.
Break any laws or agreements.
Fail to deliver payment for services delivered to you.
Post false, fake, offensive or inaccurate content (including personal information).
Post spam /distribute viruses or any other technologies that may be harmful to Reclancer.com Collect information about Users, including email addresses, without their consent and knowledge.
If you are awarded a job you can then communicate outside of our website. Any payments to the freelancer for the service provided will be outside the website.

Reclancer.com charges a minimum annual membership fee for all registered users.
Taxes: You are responsible for paying any taxes depending on the jurisdiction of the services provided.
Limits & Fraud Prevention: We have the right to suspend or ban a user if the accounts are suspected to be fraudulent.
Refunds: Reclancer.com does not refund any membership fee. Anyhow Registered user can opt to close their account whenever they wish to close.
Right to Refuse Service: We may close, suspend or limit access to your account without reason. If we determine that you have engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities.

User Verification:

At any time we might request a copy of a Government issued ID (Passport, Driver's License or National ID Card) or a copy of a recent utility bill showing your name and address that's less than 3 months old.

Disputes With Users:

You acknowledge and agree that in the event that a dispute is started between a client and a freelancer that you will first attempt to resolve any issues and work to satisfy each other with a resolution. Any claims or disputes you bring against Reclancer.com must be resolved in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

No Warranty to a User's Identity:

We cannot and do not confirm each User's identity on our website. We do provide information about a user, such as a email id / contact number. All information is based solely on the data that a user submits. We verify all freelancers requiring them to, verify email, verify phone and submit an application that must be approved by our staff before they can submit proposals.
